I had a bad experience with tenants that I keept with the purchase of my investment home. No security, no back ground check ...They left and vandalized my property. I decided not to repeat the same experience I had with the last realtor whom was there to make a quick dollar found a tenant not fully qualified and left me with a headache/problem(s) and disapeared.

I interviewd two realtor(s) and one happened to be known by me from my best friend who gave me that impresion to be very knowladgable and eexperience. The other realtor was refer to me by another whom retired from the business as a realtor and was a real state investor.

Not one of them refer me to my insurance to cover the vandalism which took place. Mr. Siano did not collect his fee and disappeared. He made sure to be on both sides between tenant and landlord. Mr. Siano made sure that to market the apartment correctly in price to avoid loosing time and money renting the apartment. Proper communication was essential and Mr. Siano meet that part when he picked the most qualified tenant with a full detail description of back ground check, income, eviction history eat. I will continue working with Mr. Siano and highly recommend him for your realtor need.
